What I need from you in this form:

• Your name
• Your email
• The number of portraits you are requesting
• The number of pets that will be in each portrait
• Any additional comments or questions

Upon filling out this form, I will send you an email from tacturicommissions@gmail.com within 24 hours requesting additional information, such as photos, special requests, and payment. I will also give you an initial quote based on what you've filled out in this form.
